The predominant part of older motorcycles has a
contact-control electromechanical generator load
automatic controller. This construction contains
different wear problems.
The problem definition is: To eliminate the sources of error and constructional disadvantages of the mechanical generator load automatic controller by a modern contactless full-electronic generator controller with the following characteristics... 1. Contact wear - no coil problems - the contactless full-electronic load automatic controller works completely contactlessly - really wearfree. 2. No tolerances during the charging voltage of the generator - the contactless load automatic controller is temperature-controlled and prevented thereby a over cooking of the battery - the installation in the generator is thus problem-free. 3. The electronic load automatic controller is in such a way designed, that the generator can start also with unloaded battery. 4. The charging voltage is justable - therefore it suitably for Normal-batteries or NC-Akkus - the automatic controllers are adjustable preset on a rated voltage of 7.2 V (14.2 V). 5. By special elements you reach loading while smal turning of the generator. 6. Many different controller types already always offer for your generator the optimal at achievement and assembly accuracy. We supply positively and negatively steering types as well as for positive or negative ground-potentials.
